February 2012

Only 3 months until the start of our show season!

All exhibitors in our Green Reiner I and Green Reiner II classes must be members of CORHA.

In order to qualify for weekend and year-end awards, the rider and horse owner must both be members of CORHA at the time of exhibition.

We will be adding an extra slate of youth classes @ our May & August shows.  This class will be run after the Men's & Ladies on Friday.

To our exhibitors:  Due to cost increases beyond our control, we will no longer be able to offer tack stalls @ a reduced cost.  Tack stalls will now cost the same as a stall.  We apologize for the inconvenience & thank you for your support.

Please welcome RODS as our official supplier of tack & clothing.  The RODS trailer will be at every show this season.  RODS is the official sponsor of the 2011 Rookie saddle.  The RODS site can by clicking on the link: http://www.rods.com/?ns_md=Email&ns_sc=Marketing&ns_cn=CORHA

We are looking for class sponsors for any amount.  Please respond to our email address if you are interested.

  • Please be considerate of the exhibitors who require rv hook up.  Horse trailers must be parked in the south or west lot.  Horse trailers parked in a rv spot will be charged a hook up fee.

  • There no haul ins.  Exhibitors will pay for a stall for each horse.

Please make sure you have verified your eligibility for classes.  This is especially important for non-pro, novice, youth rookie and rookie classes.

CORHA will be offering a Rookie Level 1 and a Rookie Level 2 class.  These classes will run concurrently.  The Rookie saddle will be awarded to the winner of the Rookie Level 2 class.  We will be offering our Novice classes as Level II.  It is the responsibility of the rider to make sure the correct class is entered.

WPRHA is offering jackpot classes in 2012on May 6, June 3, June 24, August 5 & September 9.  You can get other info @ WPRHA.com.  If you would like to see what our neighboring affiliates are up to or you are planning your 2010 road trips, please click here to access the New York Yankee Reining Horse Association and the Michigan Reining Horse Association web sites.
